The practice was originally established in 1998 to give high quality advice on a broad range of property development matters. We work closely with professionals from other sectors of the development industry such as architects, surveyors, engineers, transport planners, ecologists and lawyers to ensure a bespoke solution for your development needs.

The consultancy specialises in planning applications, conservation area applications, listed building consents, environmental impact assessment, planning appeals and planning enforcement matters in both the private and public sectors. We provide advice upon large scale planning applications, including environmental impact assessments, to the small scale householder planning applications.

The practice covers all areas of the country with specialist knowledge of the South, South East and London regions. Recent instructions include planning applications and planning appeals in Surrey, East and West Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, Kent and London.

Geoff Douglass, the founder of Pelham Planning Associates Ltd, is a member
of the Royal Town planning Institute with 30 years' experience of working
within the public and private sector. Over the course of many years, Geoff
has forged good relationships with a number of Architects and other related
professionals/specialists with whom he works closely on a regular basis and
on a number of varied projects.
